I am a retired member of the FDNY spending most of my career at Engine273/Ladder129 in Flushing, Queens. I am also a 38 year member of the West Hempstead Fire Department on Long Island, having served as Chief in 1988. I am currently an instructor for the Nassau County Fire Academy's Public Education Division and work as a college soccer official for the NCAA.
